DON'T MERGE THIS, THIS PR IS JUST FOR THE FOLKS ON DISCORD.

This PR is what I needed to do to to get it working. When Cake.Git resolves this issue, and pushes a new release:
cake-contrib/Cake_Git#165

Then none of this will be needed. It should just build.

Description

I wanted to build BepInEx for Apple Silicon, Cake.Git doesn't support Apple Silicon.

Motivation and Context

Viking names in Timberborn.

How Has This Been Tested?

My Beavers have viking names now.

Apple Macbook Air with M2 chip.

Well it probably completely breaks the release process.

@maludwig bumping this ... I was hoping to mod Streets of Rogue on my Macbook M1 and happy to help contribute to a guide to building/running bepinex on M1. Let me know how I could help. I tried to follow your messages on Discord but it would be super helpful if you could share the specific steps required to get this running for a newbie like me. 🙏

Thanks for this PR, with this, and NeighTools/UnityDoorstop#62

I was able to run BepInEx on M3 natively for mono game
