Goldman Sachs has revised its previous forecast of the
key rate hike in July into October.

key rate and will complete the transition to neutral monetary policy in 2018.

Latvia's central bank has decided to leave its
key rate unchanged, while reducing the rates on its seven-day and overnight deposit facilities, Dow Jones has reported.
27 October 2010 - Norway's central bank Norges Bank is expected to once again maintain its
key rate unchanged at 2% at its monetary policy meeting at 14:00 CET on Wednesday.
It is the eighth time in as many months the
key rate has been kept unchanged.
