New listing framework

The EU Listing Act is a new legislation of the European Union that aims to make public markets more accessible for European companies, and in particular SMEs.

By simplifying certain listing requirements, reducing administrative steps and making key documents more standardised across Europe, the Listing Act helps companies better understand what is needed to go public. In line with this new framework, Euronext has introduced simplified admission procedures, standardised templates and the MyEuronext digital platform, a single entry point for companies and their advisers.
