There are several (nonvariational) approaches to denoise images corrupted with Salt & Pepper noise (as well as for the more general case of
Impulse noise), here we succinctly mention the classical 2D median filter [21] and its variants, such the rank-order-based adaptive median filter [22] for the Salt & Pepper case (which uses two-phase approach: first detects the pixels corrupted with Salt & Pepper noise and then filters only those pixels), or the center-weighted median filter [23] for the random-valued
impulse noise case.
Multiple studies demonstrate powerful protection of hair cells and cochlear blood flow in animals treated with NAC alone, resulting in reduced permanent hearing loss, both prior to and following
impulse noise. (48), (49), (50) Human studies using 1,200 mg of NAC daily for two weeks in military recruits exposed to
impulse noise at peak levels as high as 165 dB, and in civilian workers exposed to industrial noise at as high as 89 dB, have shown similar protection, with substantial reduction in hearing loss, especially in the higher frequencies where we perceive speech.
Except the propagation loss, the signal transmission environment in the local subscriber loop is characterized also by negative influences of crosstalks from neighboring pairs and by activities of the
impulse noise. Because these negative influences expressively interfere into the communication and represent its main limiting factors, they constituted a critical part of the model and, therefore, it is necessary exactly to recognize and express their characteristics by correct parameters.
In [14], a method is presented which employs an iterative impulse detector and an Adaptive Iterative Mean (AIM) filter to remove the general fixed-valued
impulse noise.
However, conducting
impulse noise attenuation tests on hearing protection requires the use of test signals which are inherently dangerous to hearing.

This variant of construction of the electrical circuit is aimed at reducing the effects of
impulse noise. The measuring channels of the primary transducers are subject to interference of various types.
Hence in this paper an efficient VLSI implementation of trimmed median filter algorithm with T-model mask technique is used for removal of
