The company said DTP workshops have already been implemented in more than 200 schools across 17 regions in the Philippines.

The DTP parent module was piloted in Muntinlupa Business High School, one of the Global Filipino Schools, where around 50 parents participated.

The DTP has four components: (1) digital insight provides activities that help discern proper online behavior, (2) digital impact tackles issues on technology's effect on social activities, (3) Digital discernment encourages critical thinking when using the Internet, and (4) digital ambition teaches the participants of skills on how to use technology to achieve life goals.

The university's community of students and alumni in the Middle East will also benefit from the DTP collaboration and exposure to its expertise as well as potential career opportunities.

It continues to believe RTD is incentivized to work with DTP prior to terminating the concession (including acceptance of a reasonable remedial plan); however, the potential of a termination event supports the Negative Watch.
