Not Tatar. --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 01:25, 12 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

The reference is from a Crimean Tatar (crh) dictionary. — Ungoliant (Falai) 01:30, 12 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
That's correct. Still wrong. The Crimean Tatar words for "voice" are "ses" or "davuş". (Volga) Tatar terms are аваз (avaz) or тавыш (tavış). --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 02:29, 12 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
The etymology is highly suspect. - -sche (discuss) 02:48, 12 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Yes. There is a zipped version of the dictionary here but I can't be bothered downloading, searching. The term is wrong, I'm sure. --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 03:06, 12 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Actually, the online Russian-Crimean Tatar version also exists here. The translation of Russian "голос" ("voice") gives "ses", "davuş" and "seda" but not "a voce". --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 03:09, 12 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
