Request Review for Atlantis University page
[edit]== Review request: Atlantis University expansion == I've proposed a sourced expansion of the Atlantis University stub on the article's Talk page. I have a COI (disclosed on my user page) so I'm requesting an uninvolved editor to review. The draft includes 12 citations from 10 independent sources. Thank you (this is the first time doing this so I am trying to follow all instructions and guidelines) ~~~~ Andypalaces (talk) 19:33, 7 April 2026 (UTC)
Request for comment at Wikiproject: Higher Education article advice page
[edit]Hi there,
I wanted to flag an ongoing discussion at the talk page for the project's style guidance page. Basically, the conversation is about the use of acronyms in college/university names. Currently the expressed preference is to spell out acronyms and to include the full name of a larger university system (i.e. University of California, Irvine or University of North Carolina Wilmington, or University of Massachusetts Amherst, rather than UC Irvine, UNC Wilmington, or UMass Amherst).
But some recent RMs at SUNY pages (Geneseo, Cobleskill, Purchase) have raised concerns of WP: Precise with the practice of spelling everything out and prefer that each be shortened either as SUNY Geneseo or SUNY Cobleskill or to an available name that excises the system, like Purchase College. There are also questions of branding and the threshold by which one name becomes more common. To complicate it, there are also post-grad institutions and community colleges that vary in their common name vis a vis SUNY.
Feel free to come by to provide your feedback or concerns with either argument. Thanks! Dizzycheekchewer (talk) 15:50, 12 April 2026 (UTC)
Requesting review: Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies
[edit]Hi WikiProject Higher Education, I'm Alex and I work for the University of Chicago Graham School. I have a COI edit request pending on the Graham School article that I'm hoping someone here might be willing to review.
The current article has several factual issues: it still lists programs that have been discontinued or transferred to other parts of the university (including UTEP and the master's programs in threat and response management and biomedical informatics, which moved to UChicago's Biological Sciences Division in 2025). It's also flagged for promotional material and primary sources.
I've drafted a replacement version that removes outdated content, adds current programs, and swaps many of the primary sources for third-party citations from The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, Forbes, and Crain's Chicago Business. I'd appreciate any thoughts on the draft, and I'm happy to adjust based on feedback to make sure it meets neutrality and sourcing guidelines.
The full proposed text is on the article talk page: Talk:Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies#Graham School Edits – COI request
Thanks so much!

SUNY article titles
[edit]Hello! There have been a bunch of RMs relating to State University of New York campuses. I'd like to know if this WikiProject has any interest in forming a consensus on what should be done with these articles. Thank you! Feeglgeef (talk) 02:23, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
- WP:UNI does not have the authority to override those discussions. Rublamb (talk) 02:49, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
- Well, all of the discussions (that I've seen) were closed as no consensus, I'm saying a general model might help for consistency. Feeglgeef (talk) 03:00, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
- We have no business trying to impose consistency in article titles if there isn't consistency in the reliable sources. It's very annoying that history and culture have conspired to create these inconsistencies but we have no control over that. ElKevbo (talk) 03:06, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
- Alright, I tried. Feeglgeef (talk) 03:10, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
- Just so you know, I don't disagree with your goal. The names of the SUNY articles are generally consistent, but we were unsuccessful in bringing the outliers into the fold based for now. Rublamb (talk) 04:10, 30 April 2026 (UTC)

Request for review: COI edit request at Talk:Rutgers School of Communication and Information ``
[edit]Hello! I have a declared COI with the Rutgers School of Communication and Information article and have posted a properly formatted {{edit request}} on the article Talk page (lead ranking update + leadership update, both with independent sources). If anyone from WikiProject Higher education has time to review/implement, I’d be grateful.

If anyone feels like helping at London Business School, a new editor, Atified, is asking about the maintenance tags and the necessary sources for including specific courses. I have replied and taken another pass through the article; I've removed the overall "weasel words" tag, which I added in 2024, but specifically marked "flagship" as weasel - mind blank on what more neutral term could replace this. The article does have a history of text which reads promotional; it's not too bad at the moment, but poorly sourced. Any edits to improve it would be welcome. Thanks, Tacyarg (talk) 17:05, 6 May 2026 (UTC)

Request for input regarding repeated disruptive editing at University of Sheffield article
[edit]Hello all, I would appreciate some independent input on the University of Sheffield article. I have been adding sourced content, but another editor has repeatedly removed information, reintroduced material that appears inaccurate, and restored the same disputed edits several times. Could interested editors please review the recent editing history and provide their view on the disputed changes? -- Rossi101 (talk) 03:57, 11 May 2026 (UTC)
