The article Szendrey-Ramos v. First Bancorp has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
A search through google scholar and through westlaw shows no secondary coverage; I can't access the textbook source, but if I had to guess, it's like every other legal textbook in that it publishes excerpts from and maybe summarizes the case but doesn't do a whole lot to explain its particular significance.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on Talk:Szendrey-Ramos v. First Bancorpthe article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.
If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. theleekycauldron (talk • she/her) 21:43, 30 April 2026 (UTC)
