This does not seem to meet the criterion listed at WP:GEONATURAL that "information beyond statistics and coordinates is known to exist". A mention of this stub was added at [[Sussex County], Delaware]], to deorphan it, but it's not clear that it deserves even a mention when no information can be verified of it beyond its existence. For the reasons above, I would recommend against BLARing.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
