Hoshi Ogiwara (荻原ホシ, Ogiwara Hoshi) is a Taiwanese writer, commenter, actor, editor, and community leader who served as an editor of Wikipedia since 2022.

He also served as the community member, transcriber, editor, mediator, and the administrator of Chinese Genius, a Chinese-language based sub-community of Genius from June 2022 to January 2023 and since July 2024. He served as the overseas cultural ambassador of the FASCA, an organization within the Overseas Community Affairs Council of Taiwan's government; resigned on July 2025 as a response to the results of the Great Recall Wave.

During the third phase, he served as the leader of the Government of Great Reform since August 2025, and the president of the documentary association "Mad About Taiwan" since February 2026.
