Remove template from Category:Intellectual property law

Including any article with this template in the category Category:Intellectual property law is cluttering up the category with articles about specific types of geographical indications. Given that Category:Intellectual property law is already quite large, I don't every single type of geographical indication with an article deserves to be placed in the intellectual property law category.
