word choice

[edit]

The article says "The bill culminated in the rise of harmful AI chatbots". "Culminated" means "reached a peak or final stage" as in "The attacks culminated in the fall of the fort." I don't think that's what is meant here (as it stands, it means that harmful chatbots were the final effect of the bill). Try "was driven by" or "was a response to" or "addressed." can't claim many if source only given for one

[edit]

The article says "It is built off numerous cases such as [...]" but gives only one case, the Edens suicide. You need a source that says there were numerous cases to validate this claim, not just one example. M kuhner (talk) 03:56, 29 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Ready to Publish?/Lacks Neutral POV?

[edit]

I contributed a lot of material and I feel like it's now at a point where it can be taken out of the drafts. Some language was trimmed out because it didn't make much sense such as the other talk page posts pointed out. I feel that a sufficient amount of citations were added too. It seems at first glance to be in line with the Core content policy and the "What is an Article" page.

Does anybody also think the article (especially the second lead section paragraph) is a bit too opinionated? I added some of the advocates' perspective in the background section to get multiple points of view.
