Corporate Access Program (CAP)

Develop your on-campus recruitment strategy

Our corporate access program (CAP) provides exclusive access to EECS students through on-campus recruiting, opportunities, events, and personalized staff support. A partnership with Berkeley EECS through CAP is the most seamless way to recruit on campus.

  • A dedicated relationship manager to help you customize your recruitment strategy and serve as your entry point into UC Berkeley via EECS.
  • Two recruitment-focused events with a student organization’s consultation, partnership, and planning.
  • Access to invite-only career fairs: The EECS Career Fair and EECS Internship Fair, in early September.
  • On-campus interviews, office hours, and access to department resources—insider updates, department news, invitations to classes and seminars.

“We love recruiting at Berkeley because of the awesome students and the partnership with staff. I have received so much positive feedback from the engineers we brought on campus… and that wouldn’t have been possible without CAP.”

“The Berkeley EECS Corporate Access Program is such an asset to our recruitment activities at Intel. The CAP team provides multiple opportunities to engage with students, and goes out of their way to accommodate each company’s needs. We’re fortunate to partner with such a solid organization.”
