Plans & Billing
Review your plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage payments and billing history.
The Plans & Billing page helps you view your current subscription, change plans, and manage payments and billing history. For a feature-by-feature comparison of the available tiers, see Choosing A Plan.
Review plan
To view your current plan and available upgrade options:
- From the dashboard sidebar, click Plans & Billing.
- You’ll see your active plan displayed at the top

Upgrade Plan
To upgrade from Public to Developer or Enterprise:
- Click Upgrade Now located on the bottom right of the page
- Alternatively, click the Upgrade link at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
- Compare and choose the plan which best suits your needs.

Click on Get Developer/Enterprise to switch plans immediately
Completing Payment via Stripe
- You’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
- Choose or confirm your email.
- Enter payment method details.
- Click Subscribe to confirm your new plan.
- After successful payment, your account is upgraded immediately.
- You’ll receive access to all features included in your selected plan.
Billing is handled securely by Stripe on behalf of Automata.
Manage billing history
- Under Payment details, click Update Payment to:
- View your current billing method via Stripe.
- Update your credit card or billing info.
- View your next billing cycle date.
You will be redirected to a Stripe-hosted page to complete any changes.
- Invoices are listed under the Billing section.

- Click Download ↗ to access a full invoice PDF. Invoices are automatically generated after each successful billing cycle.
Cancelling or downgrading a plan
- Features on your current plan remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- You can undo the downgrade at any time before it takes effect.
- On the Plan Comparison page: If a downgrade is scheduled, you’ll see the option to Undo Downgrade.
- On the Plans & Billing page, hover over the
Cancelledbadge on your current plan and click Cancel downgrade.

Cancel your downgrade anytime to keep your paid features
- Clicking any of the options above will cancel your pending downgrade. Your current plan will remain active with no change to billing or feature access.
