Tribal Child Welfare Early Learning Navigator
The Office of Tribal Relations has a Tribal Child Welfare Early Learning Navigator (CWELN). This person helps improve case planning for Tribal children from birth to 5 and their families. They use a culturally responsive approach when helping families.
The Tribal CWELN works with Tribes by sharing early learning information and resources that fit their needs. They also give support across the state on child development and help families find resources in their communities.
