The Riptide Confederation is a faction that controls several Drift Cities in the Gulf of Mexico, including the Rip. All members have naval experience or are Aquaform Exotics.
The Riptide Confederation conducts coastal piracy against corporate interests, particularly against their main rival MetaCorp.[1]
