@Jiiijjjk Please be told. This is a volunteer team. They take whatever time is necessary once they reach your request. Do not waste their time with attempts to escalate. Wikimedia Commons works at its own mace. There are no deadlines here. If you have had a response then it is in their system. No response then you somehow failed to submit it correctly.
