As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by sparkling champagne at the atmospherically lit fountain in the Summer Village behind the Leverkusen Casino. Our oyster sommelier will open your oysters live on site and accompany the opening with exciting stories about origin, tradition and flavour.

Afterwards, you will enjoy a summery fine dining menu that celebrates the variety of exquisite ingredients in five courses - from raw marinated scallops and baked sweetbreads to braised US shoulder shank and a sophisticated apple and buttermilk dessert. We serve a carefully matched champagne and wine accompaniment. The entire evening is accompanied by subtle live singing, which creates a warm, elegant atmosphere without disturbing the dinner mood.

Each table is individually set - a deliberately exclusive format for a maximum of 70 guests.
