Within 30 days of the purchase of any Mai Theme product, excluding any “Lifetime” bundles/deals, we will refund the full amount you paid minus the credit card transaction fees upon request.
No refunds are provided for Mai Theme purchases after the first 30 days.
After the initial refund period expires for subscription-based products, we will continue to charge you on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account via the clearly-marked “Cancel” link within your account panel.
You may cancel any subscription products from within your account at any time. All files associated with a canceled site will be deleted.
