I am running for State Senate because I believe California families deserve safer communities, affordable living, stronger schools, and accountable leadership.

My background is rooted in public service, faith, and community involvement. As a former police officer and pastor, I have spent my life working directly with people during some of their most difficult moments. Those experiences taught me the importance of responsibility, compassion, and practical solutions - not political talking points.

I have seen firsthand how rising costs, crime, homelessness, addiction, and failing systems are affecting everyday Californians. Too many families are struggling to afford housing, small businesses are leaving the state, and parents are losing confidence in our education system. Sacramento continues to spend more, yet many residents feel they are getting less in return.

I believe government should focus on its core responsibilities: keeping communities safe, supporting strong schools, protecting taxpayers, and creating an environment where businesses and families can succeed. I support practical policies that encourage economic growth, improve accountability, strengthen public safety, and protect parental involvement in educationd.

California has incredible potential, but we need leadership that listens to people, understands real-world challenges, and focuses on results. I am running to bring common sense, accountability, and a people-first approach to Sacrament.
  • Building Stronger and Safer Communities Californians deserve to feel safe in their homes and neighborhoods again. I support stronger enforcement against repeat offenders, organized retail theft, gang activity, and violent crimes such as home invasions, while also addressing mental health, addiction, and homelessness through effective treatment and accountability. Building stronger communities also means restoring trust, supporting local businesses, and improving quality of life for all residents.
  • Protecting Families and Lowering the Cost of Living The rising cost of housing, energy, healthcare, and everyday necessities is putting enormous pressure on working families. I support practical solutions that focus on affordable housing, responsible government spending, lower energy costs, and economic policies that encourage businesses and jobs to remain in California. Families should be able to afford to live, work, and build their future here.
  • Prioritizing Education and Opportunity Students deserve real learning, strong schools, and clear pathways to success. I support greater school accountability, career and technical education, and stronger college and workforce preparation. I also believe parents play a critical role in a child's success. Government should support families and schools in working together to prepare students for the real world and future opportunities.
I care most about the issues that directly affect everyday Californians: public safety, education, mental health, affordability, and the future of our communities.

Families should feel safe in their neighborhoods and businesses should not fear organized theft, gang activity, or repeat crime. Students deserve real learning, strong career pathways, and parents who are actively involved in education. I also believe we must address mental health and addiction with accountability and effective support.

Most importantly, I want California to once again be a place where working families, young people, and small businesses can succeed through hard work and opportunity.
