Pat Daley is a proud resident of Wilmington Island and has called the Islands of coastal Georgia home for the past decade. As a homeowner and active community member, Pat understands firsthand the challenges facing District 166 — from rising costs for our families and threats to our coastal homes, to dwindling programs for local economic development.

Pat earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. He began his career in an entry-level manufacturing engineering role in the Savannah area and worked his way into management through hard work, accountability, and collaboration. His professional experience gives him real-world insight into budgeting responsibly, solving complex problems, and delivering results.

Pat is running for Georgia House District 166 to bring transparent, ethical, people-first leadership to Atlanta. He believes government should work for working families, seniors, and small businesses — not special interests — and is committed to putting the Islands first, always.
  • Affordability & Cost of Living: Pat pays the same bills you do. Property taxes, insurance, groceries it’s a lot. He won’t let Atlanta politicians make it worse.
  • Supporting local small business: Our small business are facing challenges from competition, rising costs, and hiring issues. It’s our duty to keep local businesses thriving in this new environment.
  • Affordable Healthcare Access: Some of us are retired or want to someday. It’s Georgias responsibility to not stand in the way of access to affordable healthcare.
Advance responsible, forward-looking policies that both safeguard and strengthen Georgia’s future—especially in healthcare and state finances. The focus is on expanding access to quality, affordable care while improving transparency, efficiency, and outcomes. At the same time, it prioritizes disciplined budgeting, smart investments, and long-term fiscal stability to ensure taxpayer dollars are used effectively. Together, these efforts aim to protect the well-being of Georgians today while positioning the state for sustainable growth and shared prosperity.
