Claude McColloch
Claude Charles McColloch (1888-1959) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on August 5, 1937 to replace John Hugh McNary. He was confirmed by the Senate on August 17th, and received commission on August 20th. From 1954 to 1958, he was the chief judge. On December 31, 1958, he assumed senior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on September 30, 1959. McCulloch was succeeded in this position by John Francis Kilkenny.
