Christina Gagnier ran for election to the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors to represent District 4 in California. She lost in the primary on June 2, 2026.

Gagnier (Democratic Party) also ran for election to the U.S. House to represent California's 40th Congressional District. She did not appear on the ballot for the primary on June 2, 2026.

Gagnier holds degrees in political science and sociology from the University of California, Irvine, and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco. She also received a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. At the time of her candidacy, Gagnier was a partner in the firm Gagnier Margossian LLP. She was also a leader of JobScout, an online platform that teaches people how to use the internet to find work.[1]

Gagnier ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent California's 35th District. Gagnier and Norma Torres (D) advanced past the blanket primary on June 3, 2014, defeating Scott Heydenfeldt (D) and Anthony Vieyra (D). Gagnier was then defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014.[2][3]

  • Education: "We need to focus on opportunities for all children. This begins with ensuring that our children are equipped with the basic skills to be competitive in today's workforce."
