Hi,
I want to cancel my AWS subscription. When I click on the link https://console.aws.amazon.com/billing/home#/paymenthistory and use my gmail it doesn't work anymore. I canceled my skill builder subscription 4 months ago. But I'm still getting charged for an account I can't use.
Why am I still being charged? How can I apply for a reimbursement as my account does not exist?
Please help me solve this as soon as possible.
Thanks

Thank you for your comment. If you are unable to log into your account to review charges, see the following article: How do I sign in to my AWS account if my credentials don't work?
I created EC2 and S3 accounts to try out AWS, but only for one day and didn't use them for a month. Then I received a cost warning for $13,194,208,402.44. I really don't understand what's happening, especially since I didn't use much, and I haven't even used up the credits I received when creating the accounts.
