Lu Morgan makes picture books that explore real and imaginary worlds. A background in the natural sciences has sparked Morgan’s interest in all kinds of life, though their focus is often fueled by the fantastic as well. A recent finalist in Flametree Publishing’s solarpunk art competition, one of Morgan’s posters was exhibited at the London Book Fair 2025. Working from home in Naarm, Morgan is interested in picture and general book illustration, cartoons and editorial work.
