The Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI) is the largest fashion institute in the Netherlands and unique in its kind: it is the only educational institution that unites all parts of the fashion chain under one roof. We bring creativity, technology and entrepreneurship together. Every year, we train over 1,500 students to become fashion professionals who can make an impact, both inside and outside the industry.

From the heart of Amsterdam, students, researchers and lecturers work with industry partners on sustainable, digital and inclusive solutions. The Bachelor’s degree programme in Fashion & Textile Technologies has an international focus. Courses are offered in both Dutch and English. Our interdisciplinary approach encourages cooperation between the three majors: Fashion & Management, Fashion & Branding and Fashion & Design. This creates a dynamic learning environment in which innovative ideas constantly emerge.
