Antlia II (ook Antlia 2 of Ant II) is 'n dwergsterrestelsel met 'n lae oppervlakhelderheid en 'n satelliet-sterrestelsel van die Melkweg. Dit beslaan 1,26° in die lug net suidoos van die ster Epsilon Antliae. Dit is net so groot soos die Groot Magellaanse Wolk, al is dit 1/10 000 so helder. Antlia II het die laagste oppervlakhelderheid van enige sterrestelsel wat al ontdek is.^[3]

Die grootte van die sterrestelsel dui aan dis besig om ontwrig te word en verander tans in 'n sterrestroom.^[4] Die suidoostekant van Antlia II is verder van ons as die noordwestekant, moontlik vanweë die gety-ontwrigting.^[2] Die sterrestelsel is in November 2018 ontdek met behulp van die ESA se Gaia-ruimtetuig.
