CTF 73 developed standard port visit costs by collecting and analyzing more than 300 Port Visit Cost Reports (PVCR) and CRAFT database messages for ship visits throughout the 7th Fleet AOR over the past two years.

The corrugated PVCR packing increases the surface area of the water being sprinkled.

The device we have studied in this paper has an area of (1.6 x 1.6 [mu][m.sup.2]) and the RTD (I-V) characteristics exhibits a peak- to-valley current ratio (PVCR) of 2.02 with a peak current of [I.sub.P] =2.69 mA, peak voltage of [V.sub.P] = 0.312 V and valley voltage of [V.sub.V] = 0.573 V, as shown in Fig.
