While on a vacation with her husband Waldy Fabia in the land of the rising sun, Kitkat made sure she will forever be remembered by locals and tourists alike with her all out performances, videos of which she shared via Instagram last Monday, Sept.

It comes amid a fued with rivals Mondelez International - who own Cadbury's and challenged the KitKat trademark.

Nestle, the Swiss food giant, is never one to miss out on an opportunity, especially when it comes to spreading the flavour with its KitKat range.

And, while Kitkat already has New York Cheesecake and Cookie Dough among its flavours, there is now a Lemon Drizzle one too.

But wait - it's all been kicking off with KitKat. And, rather like in my house, the UK and Norway are involved.

Bosses, who say the KitKat shape is "iconic" and deserves protection, had launched an appeal after a High Court judge ruled against them.

Mr Justice Arnold said there was no evidence the design was so distinctive that people would think every bar of a similar shape was a KitKat.
