It should be known by bioinformatics analysis of the speculated protein of T2R1that the protein had the same characteristics as the taste receptor gene family such as having 7 transmembrane helix structural domain; that the protein was localized on the membrane of the cells; that it had the obvious structure of signal peptide, horizontally transferred transmembrane domain (HTTM), TBC domain which could activate GTPase, and that it had the similar structure of TRAM receptor.
