DAFWII

OSHA's Primary Inspection List consists of manufacturers with either a days away, restricted or transferred (DART) rate at or above 7.0 or a days away from work due to injury or illness (DAFWII) case rate at or above 5.0.

The primary list also will include sites based on a "Days Away From Work Injury and Illness" (DAFWII) rate of nine or more cases that involve days away from work per 100 full-time employees.

The primary list also will include sites based on a days-away-from-work-injury-and-illness (DAFWII) rate of 9.0 or higher and some workplaces that did not respond to the data survey.
